We’re eager to host your stay! Our goal is to make each guest’s trip as memorable as possible. Located in the beautiful oceanfront Myrtle Beach Resort, this condo is fully furnished with all the welcoming comforts of home, and a few added touches, to provide a wonderful, relaxing getaway. This unit is in the oceanfront building A, has a partial view of the ocean from the balcony, and overlooks a beautiful green space of majestic oak trees and hydrangea bushes.

A portion of the beach along the south end of the resort complex is currently closed due to circumstances outside of our control. We DO NOT have a reopening date as of 10/09/2022. The beach directly in front of  “A Building” is open and accessible.

The Space

This 2 bedroom / 2 bathroom (950 sq ft) condo is located on the fourth floor of The Myrtle Beach Resort’s “A Building”. The unit sleeps up to 6 people – bed linens and towels are provided for your convenience! The main living area is open, spacious, and beautifully decorated. There is a large mounted flat-screen tv in the living room that offers a variety of streaming options – Netflix is included – and a premium cable package with on-demand movies and television shows. A queen sleeper sofa is also located in the living room. The coffee table is on casters making it easy to move this piece of furniture when it is time to relax at the end of your day! The master bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow-top mattress. A dresser, nightstands, and closet offer plenty of storage space for your stay! The mounted flat screen tv also offers Netflix and a premium cable package. In the master bathroom, you will find a beautiful walk-in shower. The floor-to-ceiling tile is accented by a stone floor and shower niche. The vanity has a beautiful Carrara marble top to accent both the tiled shower and floor. The second bedroom has 2 twin beds, a large dresser, a nightstand, and a closet. The tv in the second bedroom has a built-in DVD player and premium cable package. The second bathroom has a tub/shower combo and a vanity with storage under the sink. Both bathrooms are equipped with a bath and hand towels, washcloths, and individually wrapped facial wipes. The kitchen is open and spacious with stainless steel appliances. It features a standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, toaster oven, and cookware. The cabinets are stocked with pots, pans, plates, and drinkware. 4 Turkish cotton beach towels, a couple of folding chairs, a volleyball, football, and sand toys are all waiting to be packed into the beach wagon (provided) for your days by the ocean! The green space directly outside has one of many barbeque grills and picnic areas throughout the resort.

Please Note: Host and Co-Host do not maintain or have control of common amenities or areas including but not limited to: Wi-Fi, elevators, hallways, stairwells, pools, parking lots, grounds, etc.

House Rules

  • Check-In: 4 pm EST (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Check-Out: 10 am EST (unless otherwise arranged)
  • Minimum Age: 25 years old
  • Animals are not allowed on resort property or in the condo at any time per HOA rules
  • Items in storage containers under beds are not for guest use. Additional charges are applied if used.
  • Smoking is prohibited. guests can access smoking areas on the ground level.
  • Parties are prohibited.
  • Maintenance will need access to the unit on the 2nd Tuesday of each month for routine pest control. Refusal will lead to additional charges.
  • Unregistered guests are not allowed
  • Should the key be lost or stolen, guests will pay to have the lock rekeyed ($100)
  • In the event a guest is removed from the property, a refund will not be granted.
  • Amenity closures and service interruptions, while rare, can sometimes occur, These instances are unavoidable and are out of the control of the host. Closures / Outages do not warrant a refund of any kind.

Reserving Guests must submit a picture of his / her government-issued ID (matching account) via messenger within 24 hours of booking.

Check-Out Procedures

Before check-out all guests need to:

  • Remove all used towels and washcloths and place them in the provided hamper
  • Load and start the dishwasher using the provided cleaning products
  • Turn off appliances
  • Dispose of unwanted food items in the fridge
  • Take out the trash

The A Building

The Myrtle Beach Resort’s oceanfront “A Building” is the northernmost building on the property. To the east, you will find the oceanfront pool, the beautiful beach, and the Atlantic Ocean! To the west, you will find the seasonal (not open year-round) lazy river/splash pad, and west-end pool. The building and surrounding parking lot are maintained by the “A Building” maintenance team. Approximately 375 parking spaces surround the”A Building” providing ample parking for authorized guests. There are ramps and stairs into the first floor of the raised “A Building” (directions to the nearest ramp are sent in the check-in information the morning of your stay). Unit numbers are marked on each door (low numbers to high from east to west in the building – even numbers on the south side and odd numbers on the north). 2 parking passes can be found in the condo upon arrival – parking passes must be left in the condo upon check out. There are three elevators and 4 stairwells within the building. Sundecks for all guests to enjoy are located on the 5th floor. They offer great sunrise and sunset views, as well as relaxing sunbathing during the day! Each floor has a coin-operated laundry room (just before the middle elevator) with a change machine in the third-floor laundry room. The oceanfront “A Building” has trash bins at each exit. The common areas of the building are surveilled using recording devices maintained by Myrtle Beach Resort security.

Features at a Glance
A reasonable amount of toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, and hand soap are provided to start your stay. Should you need more during your time here, a Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market is conveniently located across the street from the property! The Myrtle Beach Resort is located between Lakewood Camping Resort and Ocean Lakes Camping Resort.
Accessing the Condo
Check-in information is sent to guests on the morning of check-in. This information gives the address and detailed driving instructions through The Myrtle Beach Resort and directions through the building to the condo door. As long as the reserving guest has met the ID requirement (House Rules), a subsequent message containing the guest’s gate and keypad codes will be sent prior to check-in (4 pm unless otherwise arranged).

Parking Policy
Up to 2 parking passes are included in your stay. Parking spaces can be found around the oceanfront “A Building” and are NOT ASSIGNED. The parking pass(es) can be found in the condo upon arrival. The parking pass(es) must be returned upon checkout.
Pet Policy

NO PETS are permitted at Myrtle Beach Resort. Service animals are permitted, but they must be registered with the building manager 30 days in advance of your stay at the resort. If you have not pre-registered your service animal, you will not be permitted into the resort. You will have to contact your host so you can complete and submit the proper paperwork. The security guards are NOT able to assist in this regard. If you bring an unregistered animal onto the property, you risk being fined $500 and being evicted from the resort. Contact Emili for a list of local boarding facilities. Again, NO PETS ARE PERMITTED AT MYRTLE BEACH RESORT per resort rules and restrictions.

On-site Security
The Myrtle Beach Resort is gated and also has 24-hour security. There are recording devices throughout the resort’s common areas. These devices are actively recording and are monitored by Myrtle Beach Resort security personnel.
